wondering what trumps response is going to be.
Although fail or not it's too late for a preemptive strike. Good thing.
Unless we took out the launch capabilities somehow.
Which would make us the hackers.

As the World Turns.

Because they're the only ones that would notice it failing, right?

This loss of face will only embolden Lil Fat Boy to do something even more stupid.

Look out.

They have failures all the time.
They can't keep us from knowing about it.

Maybe not.
This could have just been a message to trump.
You can't tell me what to do. Launch and pull it on purpose.

I'm wondering if this isn't the perfect opportunity for the US to strike preemptively? If they needed an excuse, there it is.

Say what you will about him but Kim has big balls! We told him we would attack if he launched a missile. China basically told him not to launch a missile.

Maybe the guy really is crazy?!?

Technically we don't. We're still at war with them.

Well, technically, but they were still waiting for Kim to act first. Is this it?

Korea is just a smokescreen for Putin and china to bust our balls while we're partially distracted

That's what I thought until I read this yesterday from the AP.

But a U.S. military official, who requested anonymity to discuss planning, said the U.S. doesn't intend to use military force against North Korea in response to either a nuclear test or a missile launch. The official said plans could change in the unlikely event a North Korean missile targets South Korea, Japan or U.S. territory.

However, it was an "anonymous official" again....so who knows. It's probably not a good idea to go around broadcasting that though, even if true. (too late now)

No. There are zero indications that anything is going to happen. No movement, and the dependents are still in place.
