It's been on amazon for a while, but I've skipped it, as the reviews are bad. I wonder how much they are charging to rent it? I should look tonight.

And really OP, who is going to admit to buying that ticket? LOL

I bought the ticket.

Didn't watch the film. The ticket is waving around on top of a tall pole in a secret location.

There is a list of the worlds worst selling animation movies, and the most common flop of all are those stories based on one juvenile or adult trying to find their family (Finding Nemo as example storyline).

But sometimes they can just get the art so wrong, like Return to Oz:

Their biggest problem was casting him as the main character. There are some solid co-stars in it but why would you bother with Shia? Bad call by the director or whoever is in charge of casting.

When I was a kid, movies took forever to come out on vhs. Now they are being released within days, or weeks of being in the theater. I wondered if that is the reason no one went to see this movie. Then I realized who the star was.

This had to be orchestrated... look how much attention and press he's getting for it.

Guys I am not a film person so pardon my ignorance but from the outside looking in has Shia taken what "should/could" have been a very successful acting career and turned himself into a lunatic twat that directors will do anything to steer clear off?..

He was in some fairly big movie's before he had his episode...

The kid was great in Lawless... I like him as an actor. He needs to stop acting like a pretentious twat though.... before everyone just beats his ass on sight.

Hey (wo?)man don't harsh on return to oz!

Not a kids movie and nothing like the first. But it traumatized me enough as a child to know it's a classic.
