I know a lot of people want to know: so where did the Big Bang happen at?

There is no answer to that question because space itself didn't exist at that point. There is no one place in the observable universe and say that is where the Big Bang happened, because there was no such thing as "where" before the Big Bang happened.

That depends upon your point of view. Theoretically, it all started at the same time.

The center of the universe is relative. We are the center of the universe from our point of view because we can only see so far back into time in each direction we look.

The universe appeared all at once.
