John Oliver - Trump Team's Russian Connection

Okay a leftist hit piece I suppose but nevertheless I think it's important to view multiple sides of issue and Oliver is entertaining at the least.
I do like to see people's body language when they defend themselves and that is of value here imo. For those that can't view, the video shows Senator Frankin Asking Sessions about Russian ties . It also includes questioning former advisor Carter Page and Paul Manafort, Trumps campaign manager who resigned over his lobbying work in Ukraine for the pro-Russian government.

I am not saying Trump is guilty here, just adding additional perspective to a muddy issue.

Sessions reaction after he was done, basically lying under oath, was priceless.

Can't watch the video....san someone possibly provide a flow explaining Mr. Oliver's connections discussed in the OP?

Most of what I see in this kind of thing is "7 degrees of Kevin Bacon" like in its connections. And its all discussed in a vacuum, without understanding how other billionaires interact globally, and how other elected officials interact globally. I think if you look at Trumps "ties" in relations to the rest of the government and crop of US billionaires....its much less sexy.

He's just showing Sessions reaction after answering the question posed by Al Frankin.

Frankin asks him about any connections to Russia or whatever.
Sessions says he has none, offers more info than even asked for.
Frankin says ok.

Then sessions starts looking around all wide eyed with a shocked look on his face. Even looks directly in the camera like a deer in the headlights.

It's hilarious the way he reacts. You really have to see it though.

I wouldn't be shocked to find out it was either way, honestly. Obama weaponized the IRS....nothing is beneath him. But Trump is the worlds wealthiest BS artist.

John Oliver is spot on, as usual.

His show is the best thing to happen to HBO since the Game of Thrones.

Jeff Sessions on the other hand, is probably the worst thing to happen to the Dept. of Justice since it's inception.

I'm leaning towards it being true. Way too many people have fallen in Trumps administration for there to not be Russian ties.

Until I see evidence otherwise I'm pretty sure Trump is in on it. My question at this point, is if Pence was in on it too or if not, if he eventually became part of a coverup. While not a high chance, I think we have a shot of it being Paul Ryan running for reelection as President come 2020.
