Snitches get stitches.
Thats what criminals say.
So someone is telling on you for messing with someoness wife. Is it criminal to confron them?
When the snitches break the law to do so they deserve stitches. The phrase was also coined by a snitch due to his learning a lesson.
telling on someone or agency for breaking the law isn't snitching, its whistleblowing. The meme you brought is what they say in prison, your example was a switch from that.

There is One Truth/Reality/Universe... God!... Self!... Consciousness...
There are 'infinite' Perspectives of the One Truth!
I prefer to avoid absolutes. There is no one ultimate truth, imo. I see the search for truth as discovering whats true about the world around us. Belief systems, world events... the truth is in there, somewhere.

No its still snitching. But not for a selfish reason. And as such the snitcher/whistleblower should be ready to accept th e consequences such as jail time if he broke the law doing so.

The corrupt "Regime" will always call whistle blowing a crime, liars hate being found out. Thats how you know the difference.
Telling the truth isn't a crime.

That wasn't very "profound" just so you know. Unless you include lies in your "all inclusive" definition of "truth".
The truth is not a lie. You know one by the other.
None of your construct helps to understand the truth about something or event someone or some group or agency is keeping hidden. We may never know what actually happened until that day, when the books are opened and all is revealed.
The books being everyones memory of everything that ever happened while here. Thats why my signature is worth more than "50 cents".
We can't possibly know the truth
, the whole truth,
and nothing but the truth
It does include EVERYTHING, that is what ALL INCLUSIVE means!
I never claimed 'profundity', though some seem to see what I write as such...
Just so YOU know; 'Profundity' exists in the eye (thoughts) of the beholder.

When you sign your contract for your clearance, it states very clearly that the "Whistle Blower Act" does NOT apply to classified information.
Anyone who has ever had a clearance should know this. It is part of the briefing you receive prior to being granted access.
If you get caught leaking classified information, you can try and claim whistle blower status. Let us know how that works out for you.
…Normally intercepts of U.S. officials and citizens are some of the most tightly held government secrets. This is for good reason. Selectively disclosing details of private conversations monitored by the FBI or NSA gives the permanent state the power to destroy reputations from the cloak of anonymity. This is what police states do.
…In the end, it was Trump's decision to cut Flynn loose. In doing this he caved in to his political and bureaucratic opposition. Nunes told me Monday night that this will not end well. "First it's Flynn, next it will be Kellyanne Conway, then it will be Steve Bannon, then it will be Reince Priebus," he said. Put another way, Flynn is only the appetizer. Trump is the entree.

Lies are not the truth.
POPSUGAR: Do you know anyone who was directly impacted by Trump'[bs travel ban?
Ibtihaj Muhammad: Well, I personally was held at Customs for two hours just a few weeks ago. I don't know why. I can't tell you why it happened to me, but I know that I'm Muslim. I have an Arabic name. And even though I represent Team USA and I have that Olympic hardware, it doesn't change how you look and how people perceive you. Unfortunately, I know that people talk about this having a lot to do with these seven countries in particular, but I think the net is cast a little bit wider than we know. And I'm included in that as a Muslim woman who wears a hijab.
