The only thing I see the constant harassing and hounding of Trump's cabinet is going to do is to force out the good ones.

The good ones are not going to stick around and have their lives and their futures ruined for four whole years. Some people do have lives and they have respectable futures. These games of throw everything at them until something sticks is only going to keep the corrupt and the powerful in their offices.

So it is politics as usual, run by the good old boy club that keeps anyone who can even accidentally make changes, off of Capitol Hill; by hook, by crook, or by loss of life or reputation.

I think your wrong the victory here was congressional democrats. They are holding up confirmations and leaking information to the press to sink nominees. The animosity I see being sent after thus president is unprecedented. It honestly will surprise me if he has a staff in place after his first 60 days.
