I lived with a diagnosed malignant narcissist for the first 15 years of my life. His mental state is obvious to anyone that isn't too busy cheering for him.

I have a brother very similar to Donald.

I frustrated the hell out of him, because he could never control me.

I just thought he was kind of a blowhard that other's couldn't see through.

I never quite got how insecure he was until recently.
