I noticed the trend that Alex Jones is discussing, and I started a thread about it. I think it sticks out like a sore thumb if you read articles about Trump every day.

Chicago Tribune discusses four ways of removing Trump as POTUS including a MILITARY COUP

I know the majority of posters here want to play down anything like this, but when has there been that type of talk about any other POTUS in recent times before Trump? I would expect us to be able to at least agree that this must be an orchestrated thing. If it's orchestrated, who is orchestrating it? Why?

Jones claims that there are "hundreds" of articles all discussing the supposed coup.

If Trump wins, a coup isn't impossible here in the U.S.

are you kidding me? the words coup and democrats in the same sentence is an oxymoron.

They are too busy rioting and backstabbing each other, (ask Bernie about that) to even organize the coup of a girl scout leader.
individually they have no loyalty to anyone except themselves.
if they attempt it in the name of unity and tolerance at least they will be able to sleep at night,knowing that they attempted one of the most divisive and intolerant acts in the name of unity and tolerance.

I will never vote Democrat again unless the Democrats in Congress start to help address this issue in the proper way.

Why doesn't our government go after these people making threats against our government. It isn't only Trump that will be killed if someone blows up the White house. These hot heads will convince some person who is a little crazy to do something.

This is what technology does, it makes people stupid. They think they are convincing everyone to join their cause, when in fact most people do not want to destroy our country. Could you see these radical liberals having control of our nuclear weapons?

I don't see how it's treason according to U.S. law.

To avoid the abuses of the English law, treason was specifically defined in the United States Constitution, the only crime so defined. Article III, section 3 reads as follows:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Up to twenty years in prison sounds reasonable, the thing is that if a person does do something like throw a brick and hurt someone, that is terrorism and that can be life in prison. Also, if a cop looses his cool or if one person pulls a gun, there could be a lot of dead protestors. This is not like blacks protesting a cop killing a black person unreasonably, that is a whole different story.

If protestors are here and start throwing bricks at someone, they will get shot. A lot of people here have conceiled weapons permits and if someone attacks them with a brick when they are going into a courthouse, they are justified in shooting them. It is that way all over the place, except of course California where these radical liberals have taken away people's rights to own guns. Maybe they ought to inform their followers that only in California can you do that kind of stuff without worrying about being shot. The small protests around here are civil, the people here know almost everyone owns guns.

What about those of us that voted for Trump that WANT him to be President? Does this mean anytime someone like Obama is elected we can have them removed too? I mean if we don't need any reason other than the fact we dislike someone I can probably remove every President that will be elected from here to eternity.

It wouldn't be either one. I believe his removal falls under protecting the people of the United States from all enemies foreign or domestic. He is certainly an enemy of the people. All people not just Americans. Well except for wealthy white men.

That would be something to see, a coup by force of arms to remove the President of the United States. On one side, the bleeding heart, anti gun, liberal democrats. We will call them the League of Wounded Buttocks, they can rally around a pink flag and wear knit virgins hats on their pointy little heads.
On the other side just a few Trump friends like the NAVY SEALs and perhaps the 82 Airborne Division. This will be entertaining, but very very short. I predict about 5 minutes.

In retrospect, a warning to the left. President Trump has endeared himself to the men and women of the the US military, many of whom I call friends. It would be in very poor judgment to challenge the office by force of arms.
