Employees need to think twice before going crazy.
It was meant to be a triggering event to stir up the natives into more protests .

there is no way to know what the amount of carbon dioxide was "in the atmosphere" 650,000 years ago, inasmuch as there were no humans around to measure it, and of course no instruments

thank you for saying "ice cores". I assume that is part of a recipe for snow cones? Because otherwise your response doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Dear Einstein,

See highlighted text in your quote.

Scientists use ice cores to determine atmospheric concentrations by subjecting the gases contained within bubbles in the cores to a battery of tests.

If you really were Einstein, you'd know that, but clearly you aren't.

Only if they prefer not to become ex-employees of course.

Or put in jail...there's always that option.

Trump censoring the EPA and even giving them a gag order from talking to reporters is a strike against his administration. He doesn't want science to get in the way of his policies, and he is censoring it. Definitely disturbing.

Call me Lance.

So you're saying they *didn't* actually measure carbon dioxide in the atmosphere 650,000 years ago, they measured something else and extrapolated that the "something else measurement" somehow represents the measure of C02 in the atmosphere?

The tweet should have said that, instead of stating that the concentration now is higher than in the last 650,000 years as a scientific absolute.

We have words, we should use them.

I think you enjoy being obtuse. I can roll with that.

We should all try to accommodate the mentally handicapped.

Very disturbing indeed. I'm afraid this is only the beginning. Who and what is next? The press? Everyone who has different opinions then the government (or should I say the 'president')?
