It makes one wonder if an individual who would notice such a little thing and allow it to bother him/her/itself to such a degree that he/she/it felt the need to create a thread about it actually takes the time and energy to read any of the material attached to that little annoyance before zeroing in on same. I would say it's more habit than ego, but if the goal is to stick in one's head, I'd say there is at least one success they can take credit for.
