New Year's resolutions are a great way to help keep us humans in line for 2017. We have to stick to the resolutions we make for this to work. Most people I know make a resolution to quit smoking or drinking but come on that is a addiction and I still see my friends smoking and drinking who said for New Years they would quit.

What is your resolution for 2017?

Mine is to be more grateful. Yes I am jumping on the gratitude bandwagon. Being grateful helps you be a happier person. When you are happy others are happy to be around you. Being happy helps you sleep better.

I will add to be kind to others also. Being kind and telling someone something nice about themselves always leaves a good thought about you in the brain.

Happy holidays to everyone.

I do easy ones that I know I can keep.

So my New Year resolutions are;

1. Continuing to blink.
2. Being wrong most of the time and making more mistakes.
3. Spending money on stupid things.
4. Gaining more weight.
5. Losing more hair.

I'm still following the resolution I made thirty years or more ago. I made a resolution to give up making resolutions. It was the best resolution I ever made.

Yes they do. My friend said she was going to quit smoking last year. Lol. She was smoking the next day. I told her nicotine is a powerful drug and you have to really want to quit smoking and not make it a New Years promise.
