You people know the promises that were made. But I guess
responsible honest law abiding isn't enough to keep you
from the consequences of criminal actions. And it's
really just an ongoing assault on the constitution. But you
know, it's just a piece gaw damn paper right?

You also know where their going with this. No matter what view you
hold.

I only hope Kommiefornia does succeed in breaking from the union to become its own country. It is literally the only state in the entire country I never want to visit ever. Kommiefornia never liked the second amendment and everyone knows they are trying to stop gun ownership. What really surprises me is the Supreme Court hasn't bothered to intervene in the states laws because I know for a fact 80% of the gun laws they have are unconstitutional.

My parents God rest brought me here when I was two.
Never understood it and I'm still pissed.

I would move to a different state if it were me. I know it may sound extreme and rash but when states start trying to bypass amendments and remove rights, it's time to go. If you had some money and had contacts I would urge you to fight it and get national attention on the subject and maybe you might get some legal backing on a case to remove those laws.

Once Trump names Supreme Court pick and they are seated this violation of 2nd Amendment will be declared unconstutional using Heller and McDonald decisions as precedent.

Giant waste of time and California taxpayer resources in an already bankrupt system.

These laws will have ZERO impact on daily gun violence or mass shootings.

Currently stuck here too. One day I'll be free and I will leave this granola state behind.

They won't take away our guns here in the UP. Deer Hunting is one of our biggest economic boosts here in the UP. We aren't like the caveman that chased the Mastadon over the ice bridge to America with a club. We have gun clubs we can join and chase the deer with guns and coffee mugs. Then we celebrate the kill at hunting camp drinking beer and eating foods that give us a lot of gas while playing poker.

Oh, looking at what I just wrote, maybe we aren't normal and Obama will take away our rights to carry a gun. I better not rock the boat.

May actually increase violence. New law drains already stretched law enforcement resources to monitor and approve or deny purchases of ammunition. Instead of focusing on bad guys they'll spend their hours counting bullets, lulz.

Like others have already said its purely a database to track ammunition sales. They want to know where legal guns and bullets are.

LOL, so now do you have to "turn in" your firearms or be a felon?

You will go to prison for owning plastic / aluminum with a spring (magazines)?

I know full well what you're getting at here. And yet I must admit
so have I. But that was a slightly cheap shot.
