The NGO can't do humanitarian Stuff because we left a problem.

Perhaps now (and I am being ideallic) a battle group to support the Iraqis destroy IS would not turn most Iraqis against the west providing e stay well out of their cities (unless we are taking them from IS) and dot meddle in politics and law.

Whilst that is going on, proper training camps and some indoctrination of what happens to their women and children if the abandon their posts.

We don't leave until they have more than enough troops to defend their nation and they are allowed to buy their own military equipment from whoever they want.

We left Iraq with a reasonably large and extremely well equipped army.

You know what those cowards did the second ISIS starting shooting?

Dropped all the equipment and ran like a bunch of cowards. There's no saving that place.

The best thing for us to do is let them figure it out themselves.
