Here is direct evidence they were discussing which emails they should turn over the VERY day they got the subpoena to turn them all over....

But yeah...I'm sure they handed them all in.

That's what I always thought. From day one.
Sadly, I doubt anything will come of it at this point. Nothing seems to matter anymore to the media or the masses.

He is right to suggest that they should have probably asked the White House if they want to review any of the emails between Hillary and Obama, in case the President would want to assert Executive Privilege on some.

However, where he goes of the rails in this email...and reveals his true motivation for bringing up this point...is when he says "We could get them to ask for that".

This clearly indicates that his strategy was to ask the President to falsely exert this privilege, just to suppress certain emails that would be damaging to Clinton.

Of course, in the end, they came up with a better way to suppress them...the delete key, plus Bleachbit.

The really sad thing is, many will want war with Russia (if they exposed the leaks) simply because they exposed corruption and lies within our government.

This is a valid legal question for a lawyer. The emails were subpoenaed, and they want to know if they should include emails to/from the President, because those might be considered privileged.

Asking a lawyer a legal question is not illegal, shady, suspicious, or wrong in any sense of the word.

I think Hillary is shady, but so far these leaks have been disappointing, and even more disappointing to see so many people falling for it.

The reason the leaks are spaced apart is because each new "discovery" only has enough legs for a day or two of hair-brained speculation.
