I get that you think you hear that. And lets say for a min that you do hear that. It is still gibberish the sentence structure is basically non existant.

Playing with audio frequencies and speed can great all kinds of effects, he'll I ounce heard a bieber song played at like 300 times its normal speed that was strangely calming and good. Doesn't mean his song was good just that at 300 times the speed it didn't sound terrible.

You can use Audacity on her speech and still get the same words at normal speed in reverse.
