( From Daily Mail newspaper UK)

Richard McCormack snapped a photo of the Tribute in Light at the World Trade Centre. Just have a look at the results...

I was amazed. Not sure what it is he has captured, but it is very interesting...

Seems to be a beam of light reflecting off the clouds

And it must be a desperately slow day if this is the best "news" that the Daily Mail can find.

Very much look's like an angel even if it was just cloud's and I am not sure it was just cloud's a lot of innocent people died there on the alter of war at the hands of very evil and misguided men, if it was an angel let us hope that it bode's well.

Very cool picture nonetheless, but yes the comments above are right, when you look at the enhanced version of this picture, already provided by OP, you can see it's simply the clouds in the background. Again, awesome picture though.

Gosh darn it. If no one will say it, I will.

A try at project Moonbeam?

ETA: I wanted to use words stronger than Gosh darn it.

If it is/was an angel, it could've done with turning up a fair bit earlier.

pareidolia - a psychological phenomenon involving a stimulus (an image or a sound) wherein the mind perceives a familiar pattern of something where none actually exists.

Common examples are perceived images of animals, faces, or objects in cloud formations, the man in the moon, the moon rabbit, and hidden messages within recorded music played in reverse or at higher- or lower-than-normal speeds.

Not sure what it is, but cool, for certain! Not just the usual beam of light. Any idea of the weather conditions when the picture was taken?

I meant things like the temperature. As in, could there be a chance of ice.

The Angel should have already been here by now - quite a few neo-cons running loose and enjoying their rewards.
Maybe its a blue beam psyops - as many Americans are waking up to the futility of listening to that Washington Cabal
