Clinton campaign releases new health information

She was diagnosed with mild, non-contagious bacterial pneumonia, her doctor said, a step the campaign took after the candidate had to take three days off the campaign trail after nearly collapsing at an event on Sunday.

Dr. Lisa Bardack, Clinton's personal doctor and the chair of Internal Medicine at CareMount Medical in Mount Kisco, New York, said she evaluated Clinton "at least" four times this month -- including Wednesday -- and found that the Democratic nominee had a small right middle-lobe pneumonia.

According to Bardack, "The remainder of her complete physical exam was normal and she is in excellent mental condition."
Bardack added that Clinton "is recovering well with antibiotics," including Levaquin, which she was told to take for 10 days.

Not that many of us are believing this is all accurate. No mention of why a neurological exam was done by her handlers following the collapse, for example.

The article goes on to say:

Clinton's health has also been subject to speculation from Trump and his top surrogates and supporters. The claims routinely cite selectively edited videos of public events to advance claims she's suffered seizures and is in poor health.
There is no credible evidence to support any of these claims.

So, video of a complete and utter collapse is not credible evidence?
As for these "selectively edited videos", even Clinton herself described it as "short-circuiting".

Because when your opponent is basing his entire campaign on you having secret physical and mental disorders, you kind of want to address that.

After all the rumor and conjecture and implications regarding her mental faculties, you genuinely believe it's odd that the doctor would address that, along with everything else?

Can guarantee 100% that many on ats would be all over it if the doctor had NOT mentioned anything about mental health.

Yes, because it has nothing to do with pneumonia or heat exhaustion, the two things they are claiming for Sunday's collapse.

So then, what was the reason for the neurological exam post fall? I mean, if this isn't a concern....

Unfortunately for them though, it also takes away something she could have used to wriggle out of the debate appearance.

If people cared as much about actual political corruption (trade deals for instance) as they did about Hillary's health that'd be great.

Yes she went around hugging people and children while sick. Personally I doubt the information, she was fainting from lack of hydration which she has been known to do, no she faints because she had her lungs filled sick with pneumonia!

It's easy to get doctors to lie for you just like it's easy to get doctors to write you prescriptions for pain medication.

She can't even give a speech for more than 10 minutes without coughing or having a seizure what makes you believe she's working 16 hour days I mean come on get real...

Consecutive 16 hour days are hard for me a middle aged man in really good physical shape let alone a 68 year old woman with multiple health issues.
