I've actually been wondering, based on symptoms and behaviors, if she might using meth. I'm not trying to be ridiculous here - while dangerous and destructive, it can be a performance enhancer. JFK was on meth for most of his presidency (under a doctor's care, and related at least partially to his Addison's Disease.)

I've suspected for awhile now that she's propping herselff up with drugs (as I suspect many presidents and candidates do), though carrying around a meth pipe would be silly when she could have an aide holding it for her to use on the tour bus / plane.

This was exactly my thought. Also if your sound is turned up you can hear an audible gasp or something that sounds like when a person gets winded (or jabbed with a needle?) right before the thing falls to the ground and she crumples and has to be dragged into the van.
