There is also more annoying ways. Like the people who post occupy democrat posts all the time. The (C) is great for the reply to their posts.

Also, do you REALLY think a (C) is annoying?

Most people it will tick off, are the people that are keyboard warriors, regarding all the SJW issues. The (C) will remind them, that Hillary IS for wall street, she IS white privilege, she DEFENDS the rape culture of her husband, she IS the 1%, she WAS behind silencing Sanders supporters, she IS everything the SJW say that they are against.

Do you just have a small group of friends? I am not knocking a small group of friends. That's hard to find, heck I think there are too many people on ATS that do not have any off lines friends(and that's sad).

If you don't have a small group of good friends, that means you have a large group of friends that lack diversity.
my social media feed, as black lives matter activist, former military, people that are living in HUD houses, millionaires, people in handful of different countries, people that would give Hillary a kidney if she needed it, people that want Ted Cruz to be President, and even some Cowboy fans. There is no way in heck that all those different people will agree on many things. I love it that way

I have to finish up work, I have to meet up with about 20 people for happy hour, but I hope you a great weekend

In that case, you should probably ask your friends what they think of you marking all your correspondence to them with (Confidential).

If you can please let us know how you were received.

Don't even know 1/10 of them. They come attached to relatives and real friends then they bring more.
I have people who are friends with the man who put on my roof last July showing up on my page.

Hilary takes classified material seriously, and she respectfully disagrees with Comey's assessment that she was extremely careless.

Still, she thinks the (C) is the alphabetization of paragraphs, even if every other letter of the alphabet seems to be missing.

(C)

"(C)" this is the symbol that Hillary Clinton said she didn't recognize as "Classified" Even thought the Hackavists have shown that she utilized the "(C)" THOUSANDS of times.

Nixon was not fit for being the president for deleting 18 1/2 minutes of tapes, therfore Clinton is not fit for being president for deleting, THOUSANDS of emails, which would take hours if not days to read.

Using the (C), you can make your point that Hillary should be in Prison over the White House, every time you have a social media presence, with out beating your friends and family with it.

(C) doesn't stand for classified, it stands for CONFIDENTIAL. The lowest form of classification.

Chances are, your friends and family on FB will think it stands for Copyright.

to mark a document properly...

(U) blah blah this paragraph is unclassified
(C) blah blah this paragraph is Confidential, does not stand for classified
(S) blah blah this paragraph is Secret
(TS) blah blah this paragraph is Top Secret

overall document classification is the highest classification on the document.

This is correct and that over all documents classification would be on the header and footer of the document. Why it would have (c) in paragraphs with out headers makes little sense. Either the document had been declassified and nobody bothered to go through the paragraphs or somebody was going to classify it but never got around to it.

Then again we are dealing with Confidential information which most people treat as unclassified anyway. Frankly they should just do away with it and merge into Secret which also has little to nothing that needs to be classified in it.

At least when you get to Top Secret you get to things that should be classified but, anything of real interest is in Special Access or Code Word programs anyway. The government has a problem with just stamping Confidential and Secret on everything.

While you might be right in this day and age, in my time hard copy TOP SECRET material could be and was the schizz. It actually had to be under two-man control. The codeword stuff could be seen by one person in electronic format and SAPs, while cool, were specific to a program ... and some of those were pretty boring s#.

What you couldn't find in electronic format ... but you could find TS hard copy ... was intel work from the Kennedy assassination, straight-up threat data, certain NBC casualty estimates, strategic OPLANS, (I am so tempted to throw down one phrase right here - LOL), etc.

ETA: And material classified confidential was something I always found kind'a strange. IIRC, there were special reasons for a paragraph marking to be limited to ( C ) (sorry my machine makes the © sign automatically and I'm not gonna change it). There was also a reason a document could be exclusively ( C ). Remember the old CEOIs? They were ( C ).

The stuff Hillary has been charged with is related to documents which have been scrubbed of their classification marking elsewhere throughout the document. Hillary's staff was accused of this in the press. The accusation was more specific to Hillary's ordering of that activity for her benefit. She should have gone to jail for it. Remember ... there was plenty of Above TS material found throughout all those deleted e-mails and we're only talking about the ( C ) markings that weren't scrubbed by her staff (by accident)

Bottom Line: Manning got 35 years ... so should Hillary.

ETA2: And OP ... you're a riot. NSA screens for such markings ... and you're gonna have them going apes# for a while.
