Finally we have a solution to the whole terrorism problem !!

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has the answer.

He says just quit covering terrorism in the news !!!

End of problem.

So here we have yet another high ranking Federal official suggesting censorship to prevent political/social disagreements.

John Kerry’s Latest Solution To Terror Is Brilliantly Imbecilic

Relax America, Secretary of State John Kerry has figured out how to win the war on terrorism. His solution is so far beyond the line where ideas are considered moronic– it is almost brilliant in its stupidity.

We don’t need to destroy the terrorist forces.

We don’t have to negotiate with them, making all kinds of concession that will only lead to our own destruction the way John Kerry and Barack Obama did with the Iran deal.

According to John Kerry the way to stop terror is to stop covering it in the media.

Well, you know ... if the American public don't know about it, then it doesn't exist as an issue too.

Think how great it will be when they can declare Mission Completed and finally tell us that Hillary won the War on Terror, not because it's actually over, but because they just don't tell us about it anymore.

... pay no attention to that mushroom cloud that just obliterated New York. It was Russians; gotta be Russians.

Good thing she still know how to hit the "Easy Button!"

While certainly not the solution to the problem it IS a valid step. Terrorists spread fear. Why be their PR arm?

They don't mind the MSM Reporting on Nationalism or Racist/Hate crimes attacks do they? If you can't see the agenda behind NWO Kerry's statements, then not sure what to tell ya.

How bout the MSM and the government just start saying people were killed due to a unicorn that mistakenly huffed some paint? /sarcasm

So you're OK with promoting terror then?

If a total idiot can become a secretary of state then what does that say about yourself? If you're so much smarter why is he assisting in running a country while you're sitting on your ass infront of a computer writing threads on a conspiracy website?

Listen, if you can't understand or just don't want to understand why it would be beneficial to keep terrorism out of mainstream news then ofcourse it would seem stupid to you. This is why you aren't working in public office.

Do some research concerning the impact of the media coverage on terrorism on children and young adults in the united states, those facts alone should be enough cause to back up Kerry's proposal.

I keep banging on about how all Politicians should have regular, and thorough, drug and alcohol testing done.

Kerrys epitome' is my proof, again!!!

I promote being vigilant! You can hardly do that if the government and the media does what Kerry suggested now can you?

So I see some people are in favor of censorship.

Great !!!

Just like Kerry's little pinpoint missile strikes a few years back.

Micromanagement works !!!

Well, the terrorist feed on creating terror, hence the title. They want to be broadcast on the MSM. They get off on it! When they have the whole world paying attention to their acts of carnage they do indeed win. And our MSM, especially Fox News, love to broadcast Fear on a 24 hour cycle.

Wow
I can't believe how many people in this thread are advocating ignorance as a valid solution.

Lets just stick our heads in the sand and pretend it doesn't exist?

Now, there is a difference between fear mongering and keeping the public informed. I can't argue that the MSM isn't fear mongering, because they do. But not reporting on terrorism incidents is no kind of solution.

With that logic we can end racism, poverty and Govt. corruption if we just don't look at it.

I personally want all the information I can get so I can make well informed decisions. But that's just me, I do crazy things sometimes.

He is probably saying that because he and the Hill know they lost the information war a spell back . The real reason is that they lost the narrative and are getting tired of having to deal with the hypocrisy they spout to try and keep a narrative going that will work . no boots on the ground and all that kind of stuff .

Yup. That's what we are doing. Unfortunately some are denying logic as well.

It's the same reason you don't see the crazy naked guy running out on the field during the Superbowl on TV.

I can see some value in not giving terrorists the stage time.

What did you expect from an idiot whose response to a major terrorist event in France is to send them a singer?

Kerry is a peabrain.

Lets say we don't report on terrorism. Do the terrorist see that the media/government isn't paying attention. We know they want attention. Do we give them the attention now or wait for them to do something huge and give it to them then?
Kind of a no win situation.
