All the controversy over all this monumental scale HILLARY corruption stuff (emails in particular at this juncture). All the confusion, deflection, apologism, and so on. Discussions about her being "innocent", and "above the law", and so on, when deep down what we all already know is the simple reality that Billary Clinton has already been pardoned by Barrack H. Obama.

But the FBI "cleared" Hillary on the emails scandal, right?

Guess what: That's Obama's FBI!

Doesn't the Director of FBI give the POTUS daily personal intel briefings?

So Obama pulls his guy in there, he says 'hey, Hillary's the only DNC candidate, she made a "mistake", if you charge her I'll just pardon it later, meanwhile, if you proceed it will fracture the nation, so the best thing for America is to explain it like such & such, and move on".

So then a couple weeks later the FBI guy has some other Billary action item, he goes in there, and gets handed the same 'understanding'. Ad Infinitum.

And that's what we've been seeing (those not emotionally invested in the DNC / Billary, this election cycle).

Of course that narrative to the point is merely the Giving Them The Benefit Of The Doubt version of the situation, but here for the moment lets go with that...

Wow!

Would you testify to that in court?

Yes!

It's this same kind of subconscious logic where in an increasing face of Hillary having major health concerns, the DNC etc is way beyond the point of no return to switch her for someone else. So no matter what list of symptoms and what ever, her ilk must stay the course (just like with all her/their corruption stuff.

Part of why so many people are fighting so hard. We're sick of people getting away with this #.

I think this is bigger than the powers that be realize. It's the people fighting for justice to see if it's even possible. Can we make this such that we force the PTB to do the right thing, to make Obama have to distance himself from her and let it fly?

In a way this is it, can we, the American people get justice?

It would be best for the PTB to throw her under the bus, to make justice still seem to exist. As usual they won't do the right or intelligent action. Is like a sick game for them, seeing how far they can push us before we snap.

If we lose the fight for justice here I think that pretty much seals it, and despite them trying to convince us that all these people support Hillary, we know it's not true. Most of the US is watching this with baited breath to see what happens. Can we force the PTB to acquiesce to justice or will they walk all over us and spit in our eye yet again.

I think her skating and getting forcefully elected despite her crimes will be a big deal to opening our eyes.

Right! Thank you for reminding me of the Business As Usual aspects herein.

Here's your "Democrat" Obama, folks:

Obama DOJ Asks Court to Grant Immunity to George W. Bush For Iraq War
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., (Aug. 20, 2013) — In court papers filed today (PDF), the United States Department of Justice requested that George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice and Paul Wolfowitz be granted procedural immunity in a case alleging that they planned and waged the Iraq War in violation of international law.

Plaintiff Sundus Shaker Saleh, an Iraqi single mother and refugee now living in Jordan, filed a complaint in March 2013 in San Francisco federal court alleging that the planning and waging of the war constituted a “crime of aggression” against Iraq, a legal theory that was used by the Nuremberg Tribunal to convict Nazi war criminals after World War II.

"The DOJ claims that in planning and waging the Iraq War, ex-President Bush and key members of his Administration were acting within the legitimate scope of their employment and are thus immune from suit,” chief counsel Inder Comar of Comar Law said.

Back on '08, in advance of Obama being elected, he was already on record stating he would do that, yet the 8 years running Obama Honeymoon couldn't be prevented not then or in '13 apparently. Of course he had to wait until after re-election to pardon Dubya (which rolling out the real agenda post-reelection is straight out of the Neocon playbook).

The date above might have some bearing on Hillary's original scandal snafu....

Glad you took my rude little jab in a joking light.

The whole hurling discharged waste matter at a wall to see what sticks road to enlightenment we've seen this election season is getting annoying. Not sure how others feel but to me seems desperate...Not you necessarily but in general.

Have you looked at FBI Director James B. Comey background, associations and leanings? If so lets discuss...

No, I haven't. Since late '08, about the time the GOP screwed Ron Paul, and I saw the Never Ending Obama Honeymoon Story (NEOHS) unfolding, I haven't been paying much attention to these sorts, until this summer.

May 2007, before the Senate Judiciary Committee Mr. Comey
had some pretty noble and hollow words for the record. It
also looks like that unicorn sailed too from the looks of the
rhetoric-- because he said he was ready to resign from the
NSA wire-tapping scandal as well...

The Department of Justice, in my view, is run by political
appointees of the President. The U.S. attorneys are political
appointees of the President.

But once they take those jobs and run this institution, it's
very important in my view for that institution to be another
in American life, that—because my people had to stand up
before juries of all stripes, talk to sheriffs of all stripes,
judges of all stripes. They had to be seen as the good guys,
and not as either this administration or that administration.

That is from Jim Comey's Wikipedia bio, take it for what it's
worth to you. I personally have mixed feelings about the guy
recently giving us 15 minutes in front of the House Same Deal:
explaining a whole raft of stuff Hil did that was illegal: and
then explained in 2 minutes the rationale behind no referrals.

I finally, also feel any special prosecutor brought in to do a
'Ken Starr' on the Clintons will find a whole CLOSET of blue
dresses paraded across the LCDs of America this time.

For you, puppylove--

I think her skating and getting forcefully elected despite
her crimes will be a big deal to opening our eyes.

I think the only thing worse would be Assange finally letting
a shoe drop that breaks the MSM open-- and the Clintonistas
vote for their banana republic anyway... to thunderous
liberal media applause
.

Actually yeah that is scarier... Now I'm going to have nightmares. If that happens I'm not sure there's any hope.

I have to believe the support for Hillary is a lie, anything else is just too horrifying.

With the ground feedback each of us are bringing in from the street,
instead of the MSM polls-- and the gradual shift in Trump's numbers
upward (maybe just to retain some iota of MSM credibility in case
of a landslide): this election will show even a mercury poisoned
fifth grader that the fix is in. And stupid is as I are Gump squared.

To be fair, Trump has his own skeletons, and I'm more than willing to put the spotlight on him next once the bigger threat is vanquished and see what happens there.

I'm more than willing to tear this election apart leaving nothing but third party candidates standing. But Hillary needs to pay her dues, it has to happen, this injustice must be corrected. It's in my opinion more important than who's president. That'll be be bad no matter what. But letting her just get away with her blatant corruption and law breaking, that's the worst thing we can do. We need to set the precedent that we're willing to fight for justice, we can't just keep letting this crap fly.

The only problem with that conclusion is there is no "we".

We're fractured. Torn apart from each other.

There is no cohesion. I hate to say it, but I haven't felt cohesion since 9/11.

I don't think Hillary will ever face any time in prison and she has been effectively Pardoned. The only "Justice" we can hope for is that these latest e-mails will end her run for POTUS, and she is publicly shamed......if that's even possible since one needs a conscience to be shamed.

You forgot to include Dubya War Criminal Bashing (DWBC).

A bit over the top in your ice skating performance there. That's the best you could do here? A pity.

You have to commit a crime to be pardoned.

And despite any fantasy you may have, Hillary hasn't done so.

Ford pardoned Nixon. Impeachment proceedings had begun but were suspended when he resigned. Nixon was never charged for any crime.

en.wikipedia.org...

On September 8, 1974, president of the United States Gerald Ford issued Proclamation 4311, which gave Richard Nixon a full and unconditional pardon for any crimes he might have committed against the United States while president.

Nixon was never formally charged. Impeachment proceedings had begun but he resigned before they could be concluded.
