Hillary Clinton is running the first presidential campaign in the history of the United States based explicitly on the gutting of a core Constitutional and human right.

Clinton has made attacking the human right of self-defense a key part of her 2016 campaign, and if she’s elected—and down-ballot Democrats manage to take control of the Senate and/or House—she’s poised to be able to destroy the gun rights of American citizens in three distinct ways.

Place progressive, anti-gun justices on the Supreme Court

Pass bans on a wide range of common firearms

Repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA)

They have not done anything extreme enough. Some bans and background checks are no big deal. If confiscation was attempted.... well good luck.... There is a line but doubtful it will come to that.

An insurgency is as illegal as it gets. You can't overthrow the government legally.

So of course anything that removes, restricts, inhibits government, government will find illegal.

Time will surely tell.Most long term enthusiastic active gun owners could arm themselves their family and maybe a few of their friends right now. I personally have made sure I don't need anything else at this moment but things change rapidly if the court goes anti second and federal level confiscation begin. Ease of access varies greatly by state too. The only reason things haven't gone that crazy is that the AWB in the nineties was an abject failure and the SCOTUS Heller decision, it helps that the Democrats remember the AWB cost them the House for the first time in 50 years and they only kept it 4 years since.

Hillary will continue the destruction of the middle class ,the poor ,and the black community without doubt. However. she will not take your gun rights. Democrats are the Gun and Ammos number 1 sales people.

I wouldn't be surprised if Obama has sold more weapons and ammos than the last 5 republican presidents combined.

Hillary is a corporate Street walker full of grease, not even the FBI can make criminal activity stick to her. There is no money or reason to take your guns away, but there is plenty of money in selling guns. Fear Tactics is one hell of a sales pitch and the motto of our country. Plus even if she took it away she would probably sell it to you directly under the guise of the Clinton Foundation.

Because contrary to popular propaganda, law-abiding citizens are peaceful and have so far sought out political solutions to tyrannical politicians.

There will come a point when we are pushed too far, and on that day you will likely see the insurgency you just advocated.

What do you think a convention of states is for?There is a growing number of states who are on board to rein in the abuse of power by the feds and if Hillary goes in theres our only way to stop her-short of revolution.And gun control is only the tip of the theft of freedoms the left wants.

The reason we call ourselves "law abiding gun owners" is becauue we don't fly off the handle and do stupid sh** like go out and shoot at people. We fight through the courts, petitions, etc....till we have no other choice. If/when that time comes, we're not stupid enough to brag about it on an obviously monitored site.

Lol that point does actually have some humours merit to it. I am a believer in revolution but I think for everyone its a big step they would/are hesitating to make.

Also as above said it is illegal now despite the constitutional protection so when you go for it you need to be 100% ready to commit.
