Hi BFFT, haven't 'seen' you in a long time.
I disagree with your point.
I used to design computer programs including data bases.
The first thing one does is to eliminate potential errors at the data entry stage.
If I was the programmer, I would have rejected all of these entries, probably with a message "WTF, You can not enter a baby on a criminal data base.
See your supervisor for additional training."
This is an example of bad police work, not even the most basic of checks at data entry. Big fail in my books.
The next step is to discover why such checks were not included and I would bet it was because the Police did not want checks.
