Obama works for the people who created ISIS and use it for political reasons( not too successfully) but he couldn't mastermind coloring a child's placement at a restaurant. Note to Trump: Obama's a DOLT , that kind of imbecile is just not the criminal mastermind type.

Advanced, old English use of the word "founder". Trump did not use the word "founded" which is radically different.

"Founder" means provider, not planner, organizer and providing funding of ISIS. Founder means through his actions or in-actions, this thing exists. Not that there was taxpayer funds used to piece together some evil plot and organization

Example:

In the Christmas Carol, there is the toast to the host of the party where the host is called the founder.

Trump is using advanced English only educated people would catch.

"It's sarcasm" seems to be his new backpedaling when he's caught with misinformation. While it's a tactic that works at the high school level, it's making things worse for him in national politics because it gives the crowd even more fuel.
