Yes and no. The current President HAS to leave office. Including the Vice President . The Speaker of the House would then take over , until a President could be duly elected.
Unless dumba** declare Martial Law before he has to leave.

Martial Law can not be declared while the courts still function. And Congress can vote it down. Of course the entire point of Martial law is that because the courts have failed the military takes over the law enforcement function until thel courts are restored. It has no effect on keeping the President in power.

Yes it can. please read up. Martial Law being declared means a total take over of power by the highest ranking officer in the military.
