Anonymous Hacks Sarah Silverman’ Twitter For “Bernie or Bust” Comment

The online hacktivist Anonymous hacked the official Twitter account of Sarah Silverman, a famous American actress, stand-up comedian, producer and writer on 27th July in retaliation for her comment in which she called “Bernie or Bust” supporters ridiculous during Democratic National Convention on Monday.

Silverman stated that “To the ‘Bernie or Bust’ people, you’re being ridiculous,” and in reply on Wednesday; a hacker claiming to be Anonymous took over her verified Twitter handle and Tweeted in English and Russian-language “America, are you awakening?” #Hilary4Prison and #Anonymous. The hacker also posted a video message stating anti-Hillary Clinton comments including calling her ”Root of all Corruption.”

While I used to watch her show on Comedy Central and thought it to be slightly humorous, I cannot be more disgusted with Sarah Silverman's truly ignorant and naive political positions.

And add this to my list of reasons why I suspect that Anonymous is behind #DNCLeaks.

Sarah Silverman has been a powerful pro-Bernie voice throughout the election campaign but some found her comments staggering. It is, however, unclear if Anonymous hackers behind the hacking of her Twitter account support Bernie sanders or not as in the past high-profile voices of Anonymous hacktivist movements denied having a political affiliation or support for any presidential candidate including Sanders.

Ok so she made a speech at the DNC in which she supported Hillary. So what, she always said she wouldn't mind Hillary as a president but she would prefer Bernie. Even Bernie himself came out in support of Hillary, why aren't they hacking him? Quite frankly the Bernie or bust people are being ridiculous, the two major party front runners are in and Bernie isn't one of them, they need to accept that just like us Ron Paul people had to accept it last time.

I say strange in that your initial reply to this thread was a response written out of ignorance. Ignorance, in that you were trying to interpret the behavior of a said group of people without having actually witnessed the event in which this group had behaved.

Furthermore, I find it strange that someone who claims to support or have supported Ron Paul in the past would condemn the behavior of the Bernie or Bust crowd. Of course, one could make the argument that a vote for Bernie was a futile effort for so many reasons (DNC leaks being one of them). However, I would think that for all of the same reasons an individual would support Ron Paul, they would equally be supportive of the motives behind the Bernie or Bust crowd.

So yea, you're an enigma right now. I think you should just watch the video and realize what a tool Sarah Silverman is. It's pretty obvious at this point.
