Jeb! raised a lot too, but it didn't really matter for him.

I remember that his strategy was to raise so much money that he was going to strangle all the other campaigns so that no one knew they had any other choice. So he didn't really care if people liked him or not, he just wasn't going to allow anyone to have any choice.
