Do you have any favorite inspirational songs that always lift your spirits?

My personal favorite inspirational song is "Hold On" by Wilson Phillips. It may be corny, but it always gets the job done for me. I've never listened to the song and not felt better because of it.

Wow! Hold On by Wilson Phillips. Alright. I actually shared a glass of wine with Michelle Phillips at her house in Hollywood once and we spoke of Chyna and her late husband...some incredible insight.

MTV was once pretty fun. I've realized that sometimes I won't have anything substantial to add as a reply to your posts. I know I promised I would reply to you if you posted in one of my threads, but I think that's a promise I can't keep. Please forgive me.

Sometimes people make a good point, and I can't see anything to add. Do you want me to reply and write, "Good post!" That's not my style. I almost never make posts unless I have something significant to add.

3 songs from one of my current favorite bands...

For me, it's definitely a song from the band "Live" called "Brothers Unaware".

The song is about how we are all connected to each other - we are all brothers and sisters of the human race.

The name of the song is very fitting in today's world with so much hate, bickering, division, and fighting happening everywhere... brothers unaware indeed.

Whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the crap going on in the world, I put this song on and it brings me back to my fundamental way of thinking - we're all one big family (albeit a dysfunctional family) but a family just the same.

I have to remind myself of that every once in a while.
