Good to see Osborne gone.

I don't know about the buffoon taking over as foreign secretary though.
Does he have the diplomacy to do such a job?

Boris Johnson has been made Foreign Secretary.

Boris Johnson: 'The only reason I wouldn't visit some parts of New York is the real risk of meeting Donald Trump'
www.telegraph.co.uk... risk-of-meeting-Donald-Trump.html

Boris said nasty things about Donald , this should be fun.

Going by the demographics of London, he will be quite at home.

Confirmed as Brexit Secretary

That makes sense.
Great picture of George , crying at Thatchers funeral ousted by Thatchers successor.

It will be interesting to see how Johnson and Davies work together. A BBC correspondent on Twitter is warning of a 'Turf War'.

No mention of Chris Grayling as yet.

Tin Farron is not impresse4d with Johnson's appointment. His Twitter post a few minutes ago.

Theresa May's reputation for competence lasted a few hours. @BorisJohnson will spend more time apologising to nations he's offended

I hate to say this about a conservative government but it does kind of look promising.

Personally I think Boris will make an excellent foreign secretary. He's progressive and compassionate from what I gather and I've always been impressed with his knowledge and understanding of culture and history.

Bye bye Osborne

I hope she kicks Jeremy Hunt back to the back benches.

On Twitter, Mr Osborne, who was chancellor throughout Mr Cameron's tenure, said it had been a "privilege", adding: "Others will judge - I hope I've left the economy in a better state than I found it."
www.bbc.co.uk...

Don't we all George , although I'd prefer a stronger statement than " I hope"
Don't mention the deficit.

quite possibly the most lightweight, idiotic cabinet since major, if the press lay off corbyn, labour will muller them.

That's why he didn't run for leadership, I bet you they told him that's where he'd get put if he didn't make a scene.

Lol Boris in Foreign Affairs, that'll go over well.

Good riddance to Osbourn and Cameron, LDS was hated but in fact was the better of the three, a statement given credence to by the way he argued with Osbourn over Osbourn's insistance that he make even MORE welfare cut's.

Mr's may has rightly realized that keeping any of the Bullingdon Boy's or there allies in the cabinet would be poison for her potentially short term prime minister ship and I actually find that though I am definitely not a Tory that I actually like this woman for a number of reason's.

Could this be the first Decent Tory/Conservative prime minister since Churchill (Though I have to say that John Major was more left wing that Tony Blurt and Co), it is probably too late to save the Union but still can she perhaps undo SOME of the damage of the past 6 years and rectify the division of British society which the out of touch westminster Riot Club of Cameron and co have cause to the once Great Britain.

I hold out hope that she may turn out to be a good prime minister, she certainly can not be as bad as Cameron was but we shall have to wait and see.
