I don't know...if the one is a 36 inch stripper...
They stay clean tasting no matter how big they get. Unlike blues that are sweet when they're cocktail size and cat food when they get big. I can get them out of the ocean if I travel out of the bay. I'm right at the mouth anyway. Now I want fish...

I have two bluefish filets soaking in milk in the fridge. They are pretty dark...
I will try them tonight, served over pasta.
I do not have high expectations for them.

Oh, and everything here is completely on topic, as I have dreamed about fish and exotic dancers before.

We call some fish a rock fish but I'm not sure of the actual breed. Here they call weak fish flounder. On long island where I grew up they were different. We called little blues snapper. Here they're cocktail blues. I think fishermen the world over have different names for the same fish.

My father moonlighted doing security/managing at his friends strip clubs so there was always 'interesting' ladies at the house and using the pool.

I love fish. Try this .
Cook up a few slices of bacon. Soft not crisp.
Pat the fish dry and put the bacon on top of the fillets.
Melt half a stick of butter ,add two tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and a couple of chopped green onion.
Pour over the fillets. Cook at 350 for 8 minutes.

Should temper even a mackerel.

My grandmother used to can pork sausage.
She made it up into balls and filled the jars with it.
It was delicious and I miss it.

I got the recipe off the Worcestershire sauce bottle years ago. I've used trout (fresh water) catfish , stripper. It's always good. But when you start with bacon and add butter how bad could it be lol

It could be incredibly awful for your health.

Unless you dilute that with some alcohol.

Meanwhile, I've been dreaming about leaving in various ways ... at least the last time my family was with me.

Oh come on BO. I've been hearing the same it will happen story for the last fifteen years. Predictions are made they fail and pick a new time a few years ahead. Still hasn't happened.

I missed the date on this one.

It is true that people often put dates on these things because that's so often what people want - a definite to look toward.

I think the worst dream I ever had was when I was kid.

Some kind of disaster had happened, and we were going to local disaster relief center. At the time, it was my elementary school. I remember they had the children, and they were "helping" then in what was our resource room. And it turned out they were gassing them one by one on cots because, as the one lady said, it was the kindest thing they could do. After that I remember we were all running from there.

I've never forgotten that dream, but there was no time on it.

No date on the dream. I'm just saying I've heard this martial law is coming for fifteen years now. In the last ten years it's more and more popular. People talk about fema internment camps and guillotine s.
