This is a service that you can purchase from off shore outsourcers. You can get voice services where people call numbers on your lists, and ask your questions. You can get various data entry and data management services. Supply chain/mailings (both physical and electronic).

Its all under the label "BPO" or "Business Process Outsourcing". If a company does that kind of work, and has offshore dealings, they likely are also involved in the political stuff too.

Even with all that, im sure there are domestic services as well. Canada is a good 'go to' to get voice services without a heavy accent. Other than "aboot", anyway.

And 6 of the largest Sanders Facebook groups went offline today. Apparently a bunch of "people" reported these groups as being offensive or something and Facebook took them down automatically. I guess once a page/group gets a certain number of complaints it gets taken down.

I wonder who could coordinate such an attack on multiple large Facebook group with so many Facebook users...all spamming the "report" button.

One of the groups had over 118k people on it.

So far? No MSM coverage. Only source is reddit...but it appears Sanders people managed to raise enough hell to get the "issue" resolved.

And the sad thing? There won't ever be proof that CTR (Correct The Record) was involved -- the whole thing has deniability built in.

I have a hard time supporting someone who has to play that dirty to win.

I can see the logic in targeting undecided voters via and on Social Media channels. If somebody wants to try and convince me to support Hillary I might just spend a bit of time ensuring they waste their time. Since I don't even live in the USA if this was to occur the Clinton camp has enough funding to throw away $$$ with ease.

So this explains why I see so many pro-Hillary and "Well I USED to be a Bernie fan..." posts around the internet, but have met in real life hardly ANY Clinton supporters. . .

Ah ha...

On the day of the NY primary I saw segment where they were out interviewing voters and I thought it was sooo weird that the 1st 2 people they interviewed were supposedly Bernie supporters who were changing their minds at the last minute to vote for Hillary...because "she has more experience" .....made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up...seemed very fishy to me.

Adding an update here about the Sander's FB group removal; It wasn't just reports of porn under suspicion to close the pages, people had actually added it to the groups to make sure that the groups were removed.

"Hillary backers spam Bernie groups with kiddie porn"

Wow. I know they claim it was a rogue Hillary supporter that did this, but I think it angered enough people to turn them against Hillary for good. I doubt they will vote for Hillary in a general election.

Giving this some thought....

If Hillary is willing to spend millions to hire people to "correct" what people are talking about on-line regarding her campaign, what would happen if she became president?
She would have many more millions (of our tax dollars) that she could route into some project by another name, using it to control on-line discussions.
What would stop her from using this to control public opinion and thought?
She would use it to push her agendas such as gun control, etc.

Or... is that where she learned it? Are they already doing this?

... I guess that was a naive thought. Of course they are.

Hillary (as President) might have no choice but to "rule by social media".

Especially if Congress remains Republican.

Be nice to Hillary online, or she will troll you.

This just reinforces everything people cant stand about Hillary.

She lies, is not genuine in any way, and is against free speech.

Hitlery!

This is another article from yesterday about this same subject:

Be nice to Hillary Clinton online — or risk a confrontation with her super PAC

It provides some more information about the purpose and processes of the Correct the Record super PAC.

“It is meant to appear to be coming organically from people and their social media networks in a groundswell of activism, when in fact it is highly paid and highly tactical,” said Brian Donahue, chief executive of the consulting firm Craft Media/Digital.

That may be true, but the effort seems unlikely to be a game changer for Clinton's campaign, said Dan Gillmor, who teaches media literacy at Arizona State University.

“I suspect it will be hard for paid operatives to win a trolling war against people who don’t need to be paid to troll,” he said.
