Four Pictures Writing Contest! [PIC2016] [WINNERS ANNOUNCED]

Good luck everyone! This has been my favourite, hands down.

We are now in the VOTING PHASE of the contest!

ONE WEEK has been allocated for voting - to give everyone a chance to read all the entries and cast their votes!
The VOTING PHASE will end on Saturday 7th MAY! So please get your votes in before then!

You can VOTE by giving FLAGS and STARS to your favourite Story contest entries.

Each FLAG awarded equals 2 points for that story.
Each STAR awarded (on the initial story post) is worth 1 point for that story.
Each STAR awarded (on story posts after the initial one) is worth 0.5 points for that story.

The winner will be the story entry which has the highest total points awarded, when each of the above are added together!

So, GET VOTING for your favourites - You can VOTE for as many entries as you like!

Wow. I am just amazed at the skill level of this forum nowdays.

I wish I would have come back a little sooner. This contest was right up my alley but by the time I came up with a good idea it would have taken me too long to develop it out.

You all did amazing....absolutely amazing. Keep the greatness coming and I cant wait for the next contest.

Would have been 43 if i did a second one, But i am so lazy it is a miracle i finished the first one at all lol. Good luck 2 all :3

I need to pay more attention. Would have loved to have been involved in this one. Darker themes always suit my style best, but I suppose I will have to wait until the next one.

Also... I was about to put up my Haiku compilation, and then noticed that the entire front page is stickied. Guess that will have to wait as well. >_>

I have family impacted by the Alberta widlfire situation and that's a lot to deal with as it stands, so I hope to have everything done by Monday.

Yeah two properties completely burned to the ground in the Waterways area. everything they owned gone. Luckily no injuries and all the pets were saved. We flew them in from Edmonton after the evacuation and with another 8 people in the house, it's a little crowded.

Somehow I like it though. It's nice to have this much of the family under one roof, circumstances aside.

So glad your family is safe and now with you. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone during this awful time. Fire is an evil thief stealing the little memory items we collected for a lifetime.
