I never realised you could actually do this until earlier, I was bored and wondered who had the most flags and thought it might be an interesting way to find some older threads that I had missed.

It really was quite surprising and I am now finding threads I never knew existed, realising that certain members really to contribute a lot and generally just nosing about.

So if your getting tired of the Trump or EURO getting weary of the Brexit(See what I did there, I'm here all week)

Then click the link below and see who's putting in the hours and maybe find an interesting thread of old that you somehow managed to miss.

Tell me about it.

Pretty interesting though and a god way to find some really interesting threads.

I think you turned up a lot sooner than I imagined.

I just realized I miss Beezer, Wrabbit and FlyersFan.

Thanks for the tip. Still bored , are we?
Well, when I'm bored out of my mind but am too lazy to do house work, I start to think of things that haven't been discussed or posted here yet. I know the list is short but at least it gives me something to do and research to make possible future threads.

It's how , I got my latest thread come to be : The Hall of Immortals www.abovetopsecret.com...

Thanks for the link.

That's for members in good standing, however there is/was a page for major contributors, I don't know if it is still there since the stats are a bit screwy now.

No one has millions of flags, only stars.

I think that issue was with stars only.

Why I went with flags as a good indication of content rather than popular opinion.

I just had a vision of an overly patriotic US citizen with a million flags outside his house then.

With a big beard and a huge gun screaming "I DO"

You ranked pretty high up yourself mate.

Not that you ever went looking for stars and flags.

It's just not British is it?

how i kill boredom: i have a list that i started keeping up with. Lets say im driving along and thinking about the Younger Dryas event, and the train of thought leads me to contemplate terror birds. Realizing how little I know about them, they get added to my list.

Or maybe i start wondering what the sociopolitical environment was in northern europe as rome was ascending. add that to my list.

Once i wondered who the strongest man to ever live was while pondering Samson. I discovered a real life giant with superhuman strength that not only is credible, but he lived in Cape Breton within the last 200 years.

I usually just shoot an email over to my wife, replying to the thread so I have a running list i can get to when i am bored.

I can't help but notice, how your avatar/display picture/background image whatever, looks so much like Dr. Walter Bishop on the tv series Fringe.

Here's a photo of him, even found one with his mouth slightly open like in your image. hahaha

For comparison
