Calif. man accused of locking ex-girlfriend in dog crate, torturing her for months

If ever there was a POS that should be tortured; this is the (I cant even call him a man) delta bravo that needs it- This siece of phit locked his ex g-friend in a dog crate each day when he went to work. The victim later adds that 'Guerra' smeared dog feces on her; she has a permanent scar from him biting her....

It is hard to believe that this type of behavior still runs rampant here in the U.S.

DeJong said Guerra texted photos of himself holding a gun after she had escaped and claimed he would post nude pictures of the woman on social media. He also allegedly left a voice message on her machine, which DeJong read in court.

This poor girl is going to need a lot of therapy.

A California man is accused of torturing his ex-girlfriend, locking her in a dog crate for hours at a time over a period of five months before she was able to escape.

Frank Guerra, 22, pleaded not guilty on Monday to charges including kidnapping and battery, The Turlock Journal reported. He was denied bail and is barred from contacting the woman.

The alleged abuse occurred between Aug. 1, 2015 and Jan. 4, 2016. The woman was eventually able to get away, though she didn’t contact police until February.

She was reportedly forced to go to the bathroom in the cage and she has accused Guerra of smearing dog feces on her several times

God damn, death penalty should apply to this individual, jail is for trying to reform people and he is beyond that.

Sweet weeping Jesus. The depth of depravity by this turd makes my blood boil. Animals like this hold no value to society, in humanity as a whole. I'm sure we'll read about how he wasn't loved as a child, or excuses by his lawyers in an effort to mitigate the responsibility for his actions.

I hope he serves his time in a dog carrier made for a chihuahua.

We have a lot of psychotic and crazy people in this world. He deserves to be put away for a long time. Instead of a jail cell, they should put him in a metal crate! Sometimes I think these sick criminals should feel exactly what their victims went through.

I wonder why it took a month for his girlfriend to report it to the police? I would think that would be the first thing out of her mouth.

Shame. No woman wants the world knowing what her POS ex did to her. Poor girl. They should let her do with him whatever she wants.

That guy needs to be locked in a small cage for five years as punishment for what he has done.

I really like the chihuahua idea. Maybe they can pull every hair out of him with tweezers to make him look like a chihuahua too.

It's hard to breathe in here with all the righteous outrage and testosterone in the air, and I feel like I be wearing steak boxers at a dog fight, but I have no choice but to post the following;

I imagine that few to none of you have had an experience of that magnitude happen to you.
I cannot imagine, but I don't have to: she KNOWS! She has experienced the Pain!
We have all experience of Pain, but the 'magnitude' of such an experience 'changes' our lives deeply, profoundly!
Those whose worst pain of their lives involve a tiny splinter and what will be seen, later, as a 'tiny' experience, cannot understand the depths of this realm, opened to her.
I have been tortured, and have some small experience myself.
These many years later, as Perspective is gained, I look over my shoulder, not in any emotion at all, at the torturer, but at that experience and know that, even if I could, I would not change a thing!
The depths and breadths of the experience was beyond mere 'value'!
It was 'transcendental'!

Rather than focusing on the 'vehicle of deliverance' (the entheogen, the bad-guy, the disease...), I wonder if she, like I, will marvel at what she has learned about herself from the experience, that she could have learned no other way!
