Cookiemonster ate the CSS?

Looks like the css file called «ats_2016_css.css» is gone from the server. Seeing all the colour-formatting got blasted. When trying to look it up, I ended up on a page with the bg pic below in the background:

==> files.abovetopsecret.com... ==> 404?

What gives?

I see it's back, guess someone replaced the old one.
