Somehow I doubt that even if we managed to get all states on board with medical marijuana that it would force the federal government to do anything. Frankly, I think that they should be forced to do something NOW. Federal policy on marijuana is an extreme slap in the face to the will of the public, scientific consensus, and even state opinion.

Crazy never thought Texas would move toward medical.

Exactly, many people on medical need to it function in every day situations, where other drugs have not helped them. Some of those situations include driving and working.
