Plutocracy (from Greek πλοῦτος, ploutos, meaning "wealth", and κράτος, kratos, meaning "power, dominion, rule") or plutarchy, is a form of oligarchy and defines a society ruled or controlled by the small minority of the wealthiest citizens. The first known use of the term was in 1652.[1] Unlike systems such as democracy, capitalism, socialism or anarchism, plutocracy is not rooted in an established political philosophy. The concept of plutocracy may be advocated by the wealthy classes of a society in an indirect or surreptitious fashion, though the term itself is almost always used in a pejorative sense.[2]

The media has more influence on a candidate's popularity than the public realize. Hillary has been their candidate from the start.

People marching has had little effect on politics. I remember the tea party march on taxes, some half a million people marching throughout the country for whatever reason back in 2009, and it did absolutely nothing.
Sanders will get more votes if he keeps offering free things and good feelings.

Democratic socialists believe that both the economy and society should be run democratically- to meet public needs, not to make profits for a few.

Then do it. Go out and give people money, give people jobs, pay them a good wage, be as charitable as you wish, but forcing others to do so is robbery.

You do realize that we already live in a democratic socialist society and that our founding fathers created this country with socialist ideals on mind
How do you "democratically" control both the economy and society?... By the state owning the means of production, and controlling society in general...
