A man hours earlier was shot at and struck in the leg in a drive by style shooting. Could have been the same perps.

perhaps not drug related. Seems like a random act of extreme violence....motives will give us a clearer title...

I'm overseas now but I live in Calgary and have noticed lots of tensions especially with gangs increasing these last 2 years. I really hope things get better as lots of people are losing their jobs.
