Radio traffic and HUD Video of the recently crashed J-10SH

On December 17th, 2015, a J-10SH went down during night time training. The pilot and backseater apparently ejected and were unharmed. The above video came across my feeds. Its mostly uninteresting, just showing in graphics how the aircraft traveled and where it went down. OTOH, starting at 00:24 the pilot begins talking and at 00:28, the HUD of the J-10SH is displayed for about 6 seconds.

If anyone knows Chinese (Mandarin?) then we could get a translation, since its not very long. It probably won't be too helpful.

OTOH, this does give a glimpse of the state of the Chinese avionics, at least for the J-10s. I doubt they'll show anything about the J-20s for a while.

It was a PLANAF jet. The only thing I can make out is ATC coming on and giving an altitude warning, then the jets audible female voice comes on and repeats "warning".
