It is a very long read.I'm still trying to figure out if this BS,speculation,or truth.....Most likely its the first two...

"But eventually I found myself in possession, holding two
documents; one called 'Project Grudge,' another one called
'Operation Majority.' Project Grudge contained the history of
alien involvement since around 1936, and it began talking about
Germany's involvement with a crashed disk that they had recovered
in 1936 and were attempting to duplicate the technology. They
were not successful despite what all these Nazi hunters want to
tell you. If they had been successful, we would not have won the
war, because you cannot beat those weapons! You cannot out fly
those craft, you can't even think about it with conventional air-
craft. If Germany had been successful, we would now have a Ger-
man flag up in front of this podium.

This is all on the main ATS site, I read it all a while back. Having looked into this subject, although not too extensively, I don't believe that anything in this article is true. I am sure that the Germans actually had disk shaped aircraft, but they were only experimental prototypes, derived from existing German aviation technology.

This is an image of a German concept aircraft known as the Focke-Wulf 500 "Kugelblitz". It was intended to be a vertical take-off/landing aircraft which would not require an airfield. This aircraft was allegedly spotted by allied fighter and bomber crews towards the end of WWII and they were nicknamed "foo fighters".

Here's a link to more German concept aircraft, which shows how ingenuitive they really were.
