He has no missiles to reach this range or use his subs for an attack? Why even threaten then if not even a big missile he could call a nuke or even get in there? Who knows if he would be crazy enough to do anything at all but I thought he had some capability. Sneak a nuke into Turkey maybe!

He doesnt need to sneak North Korea can hit Turkey with thier long range missles.
Lets not forget they have submarines as well as long distance planes.

There is no evidence that they have been able to develop a nuclear warhead small enough to be lofted by one of their missiles, and their missiles are not very good:

North Korea appeared to conduct a submarine-launched ballistic missile test on Saturday but it ended in failure with no indication that the missile successfully ejected from the vessel and took off, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported.

I thought this be the case as to crappy missiles but enough range to hit Turkey with something. I This is not talking Nuke capabilities though. Just asking this guy because he seemed liked he was implying they did not and I am no expert. Thank you for clearing that up though!
