Atheists have it easier in the sense they can go with the flow and do as is needed to fit in. We are supposed to live within the code as best we can;

This is an assumption and I think it's really sad. I actually have a very strict code that I live within, too. It's not from a book or any particular teaching, and it doesn't have a name or label, but it's how I live my life and it's not easy. But it's MY way and I'm very happy and fulfilled.

I'm wacky. Easy to admit. I choose to believe in a myriad of subatomic particles in which the very act of [others] trying to observe them, changes the measurement of their quanta. What rational person would agree to such a thing? Can logic or understanding of theory prove such things? Evidence can support and has done so to my satisfaction; I don't know that quarks exist or have left or right-hand spins, I believe it to be so based upon a plethora of data.

If I am talking about faith, I have my own and my beliefs, which are also as unsubstantianted insofar as my own personal observations are concerned.

We gather evidence and weight it against our hypothesis. For me, there is no measure of 'beliefs' that is empirical -- that is substantiated by direct observation or experience. That is the essence of faith, and it belongs to each of us in our own way.

Text Atheists have it easier in the sense they can go with the flow and do as is needed to fit in.

Nonsense. Atheists have had to try to blend and fit in for centuries, as have Jews, Muslims, etc. - to save their skins. Even now there's areas in this country where it's not exactly a great idea to let on that you don't believe in a god

What is the largest religious group in the USA? In Congress and the Senate? How hard a time are you having fitting in?

And, of course, when we fail, all the world holds us up for ridicule and mockery.

:-) yeah - nobody else goes through that...

Text We are supposed to live within the code as best we can

For instance, sometimes people insist we have no code

Lock up the doors and kill the light
No one's coming home tonight
The sun beats down, don't you know?

All our lives are growing cold, oh
They bring the news that must get through
To build a dream for me and you, oh
Locked in a place where no one goes

They ask no quarter
They have no quarter

Lock the door, kill the light
No one's coming home tonight

It's getting colder
And it's getting colder
It's getting colder
It's getting colder

It's getting colder
It's getting colder
It's getting colder
Locked in a place where no one goes

Lock the door, kill the light
No one's coming home tonight

They bring the news that must get through
Dying peace in me and you
Locked, locked in a place where no one goes

We have no quarter
We have no quarter
We ask no quarter

Wanda the weather bunny... she would definitely ask for a quarter.
I recommend mandatory and tutored shroom-usage for everybody reaching the age of 18, that would put an end to whacky_ism in the Gullible Fritz pretty fast.
Dunno if it could work for you Muricans as well, but I think Leary would like the idea.
