Psy-Ops and False Flags: Not just a Conspiracy

Please be aware of these 2 things that most people associate with, as being nothing more than, just conspiracy names. No! Not everything is a conspiracy. But, not everything is what it appears to be, either.

Psy-Ops

Psychological operations (PSYOP) are planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.

The purpose of United States psychological operations is to induce or reinforce behavior favorable to U.S. objectives. They are an important part of the range of diplomatic, informational, military, and economic activities available to the U.S. They can be utilized during both peacetime and conflict. There are three main types: strategic, operational, and tactical. Strategic PSYOP include informational activities conducted by the U.S. government agencies outside of the military arena, though many utilize Department of Defense (DOD) assets. Operational PSYOP are conducted across the range of military operations, including during peacetime, in a defined operational area to promote the effectiveness of the joint force commander's (JFC) campaigns and strategies. Tactical PSYOP are conducted in the area assigned to a tactical commander across the range of military operations to support the tactical mission against opposing forces.

PSYOP can encourage popular discontent with the opposition's leadership and by combining persuasion with a credible threat, degrade an adversary's ability to conduct or sustain military operations. They can also disrupt, confuse, and protract the adversary's decision-making process, undermining command and control.[2] When properly employed, PSYOP have the potential to save the lives of friendly or enemy forces by reducing the adversary's will to fight. By lowering the adversary's morale and then its efficiency, PSYOP can also discourage aggressive actions by creating disaffection within their ranks, ultimately leading to surrender.

False Flags

False flag (or black flag) describes covert operations designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them. Operations carried out during peace-time by civilian organizations, as well as covert government agencies, may by extension be called false flag operations if they seek to hide the real organization behind an operation. Geraint Hughes uses the term to refer to those acts carried out by "military or security force personnel, which are then blamed on terrorists."

The Reichstag fire
The Reichstag fire was an arson attack on the Reichstag building in Berlin on 27 February 1933. The fire started in the Session Chamber,[22] and, by the time the police and firemen arrived, the main Chamber of Deputies was engulfed in flames. Police searched the building and found Marinus van der Lubbe, a young Dutch council communist and unemployed bricklayer, who had recently arrived in Germany to carry out political activities. The fire was used as evidence by the Nazis that the Communists were beginning a plot against the German government. Van der Lubbe and four Communist leaders were subsequently arrested. Adolf Hitler, who was sworn in as Chancellor of Germany four weeks before, on 30 January, urged President Paul von Hindenburg to pass an emergency decree to counter the "ruthless confrontation of the Communist Party of Germany".[23] With civil liberties suspended, the government instituted mass arrests of Communists, including all of the Communist parliamentary delegates. With their bitter rival Communists gone and their seats empty, the National Socialist German Workers Party went from being a plurality party to the majority; subsequent elections confirmed this position and thus allowed Hitler to consolidate his power.

How many events or news stories, can you think of, that fit under those 2 descriptions. I'd say....hmmmmm....ALL OF THEM! Do your own research, on any topic you want; whether it be the Titanic or the Great Depression; you'll see, they're only telling part of the truth about "his-story". I've seen today's history books, and it says 9-11 was a "terrorist attack carried out by a bunch of muslims, under the orders of some dude living in a cave." lmfao And, uuuuuuhm, NONE OF THAT IS TRUE. But, that's what the kids are learning.

I think it's time we, at least, teach our children, THE TRUTH.

It's nothing new OP, going back millennium, perhaps the only difference today, when we are supposed to be more civilised and humane, we pay backroom boys to work out the strategies which usually involves people getting hurt..you know who I mean, the taxpayer who pays for all those bells and whistles like the military.

There are many that are one or the other, but you've got to be a paranoid schizophrenic to assume that even the occasional news story isn't just a news story.

Though I agree with you I find American news to be consumerism and RT to be propaganda.

When I want the 'real' news in the USA, I look at RT. When I want the 'real' news for say Russia, I go American.

Then if you read them both for the same story an interesting thing happens. . .
