Personally I think they are really stretching this situation. It appears to be in a rural area. The guy seems experienced with the drone and he appears to be in control of it. I don't agree with pursuing any criminal violations against him.

Im suprised it took this long. When drones started to get popular, I thought, "it would be so easy to strap a bomb to that thing and fly itinto buildings."

I was gonna make a thread on this but didn't because of a crappy smartphone, glad to see someone else did. After thinking about it though, why doesn't military adopt this concept for soldiers?
