Having Trouble with Posts in Thread

I have a 40 page thread for which I need my Posts in Thread.

My first post is on page 2.

I hit Posts in Thread and it brings up:



and



But when I hit page 2, it reverts back to page 2 of the thread:



What am I doing wrong?

Try adding the string "&mem=ConnectDots" after pg2 in the URL...if that doesn't work, try "/?mem=ConnectDots".

It looks like a problem with how the links are pulled from the string, but adding the string in the URL should fix the problem.

ETA: I tried this link for you, and it worked fine.
&mem=ConnectDots

Simply interchange pg2 with pg3, pg4 etc as needed. The string at the end "&mem=ConnectDots" will always bring up your posts on that thread on the page you're on in the meantime.

It did, but I found that I have to re-type it for every page.

That's what I'm going to have to do?

For now anyway.

Seems like a bug remnant left over from the XMB days a loooooong time ago, since I remember that still being present when I left them. It has to do with how the "pagination" is setup to handle the queries from the database.

You only have to change the number. I've been having the same problem.

Once you reach 20 posts you can create threads outside of the introduction/freshman's forums I believe. That's mainly to control spammy accounts and encourage thoughtful writing processes.

It is a good idea. But spamms are messages which one doesnt reaches its target.
