Is that woman psychopathic? I'm asking a dead-serious question here. She does not seem to display one iota of empathy or humanity in that video. She does seem to be a keen outside observer of the phenomena and uses other people's weaknesses for her own advantage. That's psychopathy.

here is the real issue. Bernie is an actual intelligent politician however he is a back stabber who sabotaged the audit the fed bill "which is besides the point". Even if bernie got elected nothing would get done because both parties don't want to see him succeed! Don't you get it by now? the two party system is so ingrained into checks and balances part of the system that nothing can be done "even if this wasn't a puppet government" it would still have the same outcome. We are told to believe that once elections are over the party line drops and both reps and dems work together however we know this is false for joe public. Both party sabotage each others attempts at making good changes for us while changes in favor of corporations go by smooth often with bipartisan support and yet the stupid vote as if it made a difference what side was screwing them based off the BS.

Oh my, as a Minnesotan, I don't think I can apologize enough. She's not from my district though, so technically I'm not to blame, but I still feel guilty. It's not much of a debate when she wouldn't let Sanders talk without interrupting him and just ignoring those direct questions. I think Bernie kept his cool very well for all that. I was yelling for her to shut up and let him talk by the end of it. Is she running for Pres or something? Why is she even on TV anymore after retiring from the House?

How is it sexist when I clearly stated that I'd rather have substance over appeal? I'd rather give my time to a woman that is articulate and intelligent, than a woman that is attractive, yet cannot formulate a valid opinion.

The Republicans love them some eye candy, yet those women often lack in substance.

Highly intelligent women don't scare me... psychopathic women do. Nothing to do with which way I swing (any and all, baby!). I just know pathological narcissism when it's being shoved down my throat, preventing me from having a voice. Clearly that's what's seen in this video.

It really was quite the lesson...and so is the follow-up commentary here on ATS. First off, Wolf was too busy trying to let them be entertaining to actually moderate the discussion. He should have poured Bachmann a steaming cup of Shut the # Up when it was Sanders' opportunity to speak.

Second...her blather was nothing more than a call for "we need..." with absolutely no roadmap on how to get there, which is a typical political ploy. Except where she wanted the tax rates reduced for the rich folks, cuz 'trickle down economics' has always worked so well.
Sanders, on the other hand, is saying let the wealthy and the corporations pay their fair share, and put it to use in fixing infrastructure, educating the youth...creating jobs and opportunity.

Finally...Bachmann only answered one question...no, she would not raise the minimum wage. All the rest was bobbing and weaving. She's nothing but a sock puppet. I'm astonished that anyone outside of the proverbial 1% lets her speak for them.

I think the problem is that we continue to elect these Lobbie..... I mean Politicians to office. These life appointments are not looking out for your interest, but spoon feeding you minutia to continue to polarize us as a society as they make back room deals to enrich their lively hoods for years to come!

One side continues to offer gifts to it's constituents to ensure their reelection while the other side offers promises of lowering taxes and government but then gives these trade agreements that kills our manufacturing jobs here.

They are all a bunch of hoodwinks and until both sides realize it, we will always be polarized and always continue to kick the proverbial can down the road.

And for anyone who thinks the rich pays taxes, you're insane! The people pay taxes. If you increase taxes, you increase taxes on yourself as this tax is ALWAYS passed to the consumer! When will you realize this??

Bachman and palin are not intelligent. Not remotely intelligent. They are an embarrasement to US politics. How ANYONE can say that they are smart with a straight face is beyond me. And no, they do not scare liberals because they are simple women. Im not from the US so i have no affiliation to either side.

Wendy Davis seemed fairly intelligent. Bachmann? Just no. Ugh
