Now a new catch in the Baltimore/Freddy Gray fumble-flop.

Looks like somebody has uncovered a damning email from the District Attorney office that claims a target enforcement area was ordered so police would have to crack down on drug dealers right in the "Freddy Gray" neighborhood.

This apparently happened a few weeks before the Freddy Gray incident took place.

Speculation would have it that the entire thing may have been some kind of plan in advance.

Obama has his Federal guidelines agenda for local police and remember the Baltimore Mayor is on the special select committee.

The whole thing did seem to be a bit "too easy" with all the pieces falling nicely into place.

Kelly File' Exclusive: Marilyn Mosby Ordered Police Crackdown on Area Where Freddie Gray Fled

MEGYN KELLY, FOX NEWS HOST, "THE KELLY FILE": Breaking tonight, big news out of Baltimore. The KELLY FILE has learned that the police crackdown that led to the arrest and subsequent death of drug suspect Freddie Gray was directed by District Attorney Marilyn Mosby, the very woman now prosecuting six police officers for what they say was an attempt to comply with her orders.

Welcome to THE KELLY FILE everyone. I'm Megyn Kelly. This is a stunning development in a case that has sparked riots, protests and angry debates all the way to the White House. Recalled DA Marilyn Mosby had publicly said these cops had no business chasing Freddie Gray and placing him under arrest in this drug infested area, accusing them of an unlawful arrest. But today, THE KELLY FILE got its hands on a blockbuster document. An e-mail from a staffer in the Baltimore DA's office to the Baltimore police less than a month before the Freddie Gray incident, directing the cops on behalf of the prosecutor to crack down on the exact area where Freddie Gray was arrested by quote, "enhancing their antidrug push there."

WHO is the real chain of command?

Why ask her...

I am waiting for Rev. Al Sharpton to weigh in.

I was giving her the benefit of the doubt.

Not now, she is a *Special* kind of Stupid.

Apparently not at the time of his "final" arrest (and of course YOU know that right?)

But the conspiracy would be that he was "targeted" because of his known prior arrests and convictions for drugs.

Explore the conspiracies and decide who benefits from the top down.

Prosecuting attorney's cannot give orders to police departments. But let's assume they can... if she had authority to direct the police department to go into a specific area and crack down on drug dealers, how is any of what happened her fault and how is it that she'd be in conflict?

Extreme stupidity showing up here.

Also, why the # does she talk like that? LOL

So... your "conspiracy theory" supposes that the cops knew who he was and knew of prior arrests before they arrested him?

Is anyone questioning the validity of the email?

That's what a "target" would be.

And maybe the cops were "told" to target Gray.

The rabbit hole goes way up the hill.

Unless somebody proves the email is fake, anything goes.

and here's a source other than Fox....
Baltimore Sun article

"State's Attorney Mosby asked me to look into community concerns regarding drug dealing in the area of North Ave and Mount St," Joshua Rosenblatt, division chief of Mosby's Crime Strategies Unit, wrote in a March 17 email to a Western District police commander.

The email was disclosed for the first time Tuesday in a motion filed in Baltimore Circuit Court by defense attorneys for the six officers being prosecuted in Gray's arrest and death. The attorneys said Mosby's involvement in the police initiative means that she should be removed from the case.

The email must be genuine !!

Even if she did order that…so what…it just shows she had good intentions.

She certainly didn’t order those cops to murder or torture people with slam bang rides around the city

Watch the video again. With a critical eye and ear. I'm sure the email is authentic but... let's see if you can figure this out.

You're making it up as you go along. That's not a conspiracy theory. That's your imagination and wishful thinking... "Maybe this happened" and "Maybe that happened" does not make a conspiracy theory...

When I first joined ATS you were a coherent poster...

Now nearly everything you say is cryptic and completely nonsensical.

That may be my reading comprehension, but it doesn't seem the same as it was.

Edit: Let's just be clear, Freddie was murdered by cops...
Emails mean nothing unless they say "kill a few while you're at it".

Conspiracies are all about speculation.

If everything were proven before making a case, then we'd have "conspiracy fact" sites instead of "conspiracy theory" sites.

The Baltimore Sun reports that she ASKED the PD to do targeted enforcement in the area. (Not surprised to see there's a difference in wording from FoxNews)

I'm not really sure why this is so sensational. I've said on every thread about this I've seen that she has numerous ties to that community and if anything, this is more along the lines of evidence that she's trying to use her influence to help her friends than anything else.

NO

it's a big conspiracy and agenda from day 1.

Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, the same mayor who admitted in a press conference that she gave rioters room to destroy the city, is one of President Obama’s appointed mayors on his Task Force on 21st Century Policing — a task force put together after the Ferguson riots to look at nationalizing police policies.
