That's an ironic statement in my opinion because this thread is something of a joke. Just about any time I see the words Muslim and bacon appear in the same sentence, the first thing I I think is "'MURICA!"

There have always been disaffected people, particularly young males, who seek causes to give themselves a feeling that their lives have some greater meaning and purpose. If it wasn't a radical brand of Islam, it would just be something else.

Furthermore, people like these bikers rallying in Phoenix embrace similarly deluded romanticized notions of being badass freedom fighting men of action and conviction as the two idiot would be terrorists who got themselves killed shooting up the first drawing competition. The whole 'defending their First Amendment rights with their Second Amendment rights' thing is a steaming load of BS. It's a convenient excuse for doing something they want to do anyway.

For that matter, the same goes for that self important publicity hound and hatemongering troll, Pamela Geller. If there was no attack on Charlie Hebdo, she'd have found some other reason and way to demonstrate her hatred of Muslims and get herself the attention and sense of importance that her ego so obviously craves — and if there were no Muslims, it would be some other group that she'd have rallied against.

Snap out of it. It's all rather pathetic. Don't help perpetuate this sort of devolved behavior by endorsing these morons.

What's the problem? Bacon isn't going anywhere. I loves me my bacon. Excellent at breakfast and awesome on an entree at supper. Would I digress from pig during my work time? Why not? I like beef, turkey and chicken too.

If the owner of the business says I can't eat bacon because it's his policy not to allow it, then I know what I'm signing on for if I take the job same as anyone who takes a job with a Christian values business owner should expect certain things.

If another employee signs on and then demands the owner change his policy to suit them ... that's a different thing entirely.

I would make a public statement that, if an attempt on my life for eating bacon fails, the individuals who tried it will receive fistfulls of salt pork jammed down their throats in return for their troubles. and then I'd carry on with my life, enjoying all of nature's delicious animals, prepared to do exactly what I stated I would do if anyone had enough of a problem with my diet to try something that amazingly stupid.

and pork BBQ. The only christians that I know who don't eat pork
products are those who consider themselves jewish christians.The
rabbi that I listen to says it's okay to eat pork it will get you to heaven

No I am aware of it. My point was that the owner of the business should have the right to set the terms for how he or she will run the business. That means a Jewish or Muslim owner might choose to disallow pork on the premises while a Christian owner might choose to disallow other things. I might a expect a Hindu could choose to prohibit beef.

The employees can expect to conduct themselves according to their faith within reason and company policy, but they cannot expect to dictate policy for the business to suit themselves or impose their beliefs on others.

You or YOUR BODY decide: the pig pork has no dissection/decision or game plan regarding its/own certainty of an afterlife after Processing (probably just guessing at this point). Consumption angles: who or what is it eventually consumes me; what will I be turned into by the human. "BACON", "Sausage", "tenderloin", Ribs, all that is left over could be fed to chickens (as after market snickers).

I'm in the states and never worry about Sharia law. Wouldn't let anyone like that tell me what to do. Would eat Bacon right in front of my store if there was a decree that it was punishable by death. Then I would post pictures and video of me eating it on my facebook, linkedin, twitter and website.

At some point, you just have to ask yourself if you'd rather die on your feet or live on your knees. I'm going to live and die on my feet. I fear many things, but people aren't one of them. I fear no man. I practice Martial Arts daily. That will have to suffice.

Fear nothing. That's the motto we should live by.
