For some reason, I'm no longer able to add a forum to my favorites list in myATS. It will allow me to delete a forum but not add. Would this be something tied to my account? I've also tried on multiple browsers, OS X/Windows 7 and iOS all with the same result.

Go into a thread in the forum and favorite it. That will favorite the forum.

It has never worked for me.

I always assumed it was redundant feature. No matter what I favorite I only ever get the board business forum showing in my favorites.

It's an old issue. If you favorite from the forum itself, it won't work. If you favorite from inside a thread, it usually works.
