Deputy State Fire Marshals have charged Greg Bailey (22) after determining he was the suspect responsible for intentionally damaging a charged water supply fire hose during active fire suppression operations at the CVS store location at 2509 Pennsylvania Avenue on Monday, April 27, 2015.
Bailey was already being detained at the Baltimore City Detention Center on unrelated charges. An arrest warrant was served to him today while waiting on bond review before the Court Commissioner. He was charged with: Obstructing Firefighting Operations, Malicious Destruction of Property and Reckless Endangerment.
